Letters delivered on the hands of Eli Cohen’s secretary

Some minutes ago one of my roommates had the pleasure to deliver 3 letters on the hands of Eli Cohen’s secretary. After putting on paper all what Ulpan Etzion means to you, you can have the same good feeling as Orly simply heading to office number 238 of the main building of the Jewish Agency in Jerusalem.
